When the law is powerless to help you, but most definitely is on hand to harm you, your government is an anarcho-tyranny state. Strange how so many Western governments are moving/arriving to this point at the same time. When the propaganda fails to control the people, brute force comes into play.

“All tyrannies rule through fraud and force, but once the fraud is exposed they must rely exclusively on force.”

Perhaps an appropriate response to all of this would be for Germans to go totally juvenile and begin using pen knives and markers to surreptitiously scratch swastikas into the paint on public toilet stalls, park benches, and every available surface they can find, as could be observed throughout the U.S. in the 60s and 70s.

The Germans are normally rule followers.

Can't image much juvenile behavior out of them.

Americans are normally rule breakers. I'm never more aware of that than when I go north of the border into Canada. During the inevitable big traffic tie-ups, the first cars to invade HOV lanes and run around their meaningless orange barrels almost always have NY plates.

Exactly right! Germany is now a failed state or government in the service of the globalist tyranny now controlling most of the world; Canada, the U.S., France, the U. K. are also failed states all sharing the same characteristics of mindless government control, abuses of power, loss of national sovereignty, failure to uphold constitutional values and total disrespect for the free expression of the voices of their own people; so along with the continued use of lies and deception and "legal" machinations, we will see more use of force to subjugate the populace; "what is a country? a country is what it stands for, when standing for something is most difficult; this is what we stand for: justice, truth and the value of a single human being." (from Judgement at Nuremberg (the movie).

Nothing about it is anarcho- though. There is unlimited amoral "legal" structure, which is unfortunately, forever, the enemy.

Another way of expressing the anarcho part is "two-tiered justice," where only the establishment's enemies have the law enforced against them, and fully.

The subject Berlin Appellate Court’s ruling, authored by Judge Delia Naumann, to treat criticism of state action as a distinct class with different requirements seems, prima facie, and perhaps withstanding deeper scrutiny, in direct contradiction to precedent cited by judge Dr. Clivia von Dewitz in her opinion piece in the Berliner Zeitung*

“In a ruling on April 11, 2024 in response to a constitutional complaint by Julian Reichelt, the Federal Constitutional Court noted the special importance of freedom of expression and made it clear that the state must also put up with harsh and polemical criticism. This must also apply when Nazi symbols are used to criticize state orders, regardless of whether the criticism is justified or not.”

The courts seem hopelessly politicized. Same is true in the USA. The first German court that acquitted CJ did it due to the clarity of the facts of the case, but clearly regretted having to do so. The judge put a mask on her face to demonstrate her own level of compliance, or something like that.

It is much the same here, with our hate-speech laws. How they are actually written, including the lawmakers' statements of intent when the laws were first put together and whenever they have been amended differs greatly from how the politician-riddled courts have come to apply them.

The current interpretation is "any statement in any form which someone of [list of privileged groups] may find offensive if subjected to it", is a crime.

And the way the law is used means that any example I'd provide here, /even one from a court case used only as an example/ would be a criminal act on my part, if the court wanted it to be.

CJ Hopkins, if you read this, thank you for standing your ground and take care you don't get the Assange-treatment.

Prepare the regurgitation-receptacle of your choice then:

https://samnytt.se/forundersokning-mot-richard-jomshof-lades-ned-overklagas

The article talks about a charge laid against MP Jomshof (Sweden Democrats, aka "the NeXt hItLeR") by a professional grievance-hustler.

The prosecutor who got the case decided that the charge lacked merit and dropped it, but now the hustler has filed a new report to the special prosecutor's office, who can over-rule the normal prosecutor's decision.

The charge itself is "hate-crime", due to Jomshof liking and sharing a couple of images on X. The images make fun of how arabs coming to Europe first beg for aid and asylum, only to turn violently demanding once granted residency.

The hustler in question is a former police officer who got kicked out of the force (no mean feat here, let me tell you) and started a farm, where the animals were eventually taken into custody and had to be put down to mismanagement and criminal negligence. However, instead of going to court, this former police officer left Sweden for five years until the statute of limitation had passed. He has since taken to filing criminal charges against anyone committing "hate-speech", and then when they lash out against him or bring up his past transgressions filing civil suits for damages due to defamation /under Swedish defamation/slander/libel-laws, it doesn't matter if the information spread is true or not, only if it is done with malicious intent and causes harm to the one it pertains to).

This is why I caution Americans of all sorts against the Democrat party over there: they have in the past stated that they view the Nordic/Scandinavian nations as models when it comes to matters of free speech et cetera.

Judicial systems need to be de-politicized, or pockets of injustice within the system will continue to spread.

Whenever someone is indicted on any charge the least bit political, they should be given an allocation of funds equivalent to the amount of money being spent by the prosecution, escrowed to be used solely for their defense; strict limits should be placed on fines & incarceration, and no “gag” orders. That would be a good start.

A cheaper start would be to eliminate all judicial and prosecutorial immunity from prosecution

Events like this and the corrupt sidelining of AfD are what send chills down my spine.

You said it best here: “The Federal Republic is growing every day more illiberal, as our elites become ever further detached from popular sentiment and the interests of their own people. If they are to stay in power, they will need to crack down on the ambient discontent of the rabble.”

This is what I would liken to the “gathering storm” now rising up in Western governments around the world.

They are becoming palpably more desperate, and, just like cornered animals, more vicious. They are more and more throwing off even any pretense of legality or Justice. They are in a death spiral and we, the people, are Enemy #1, the gravest threat to their continued existence.

They will stop at absolutely nothing to cling to power no matter what means or methods they deem necessary to implement in order to do so.

That is what is happening right now and around the world.

Buckle up. We are in an actual war for our survival as free people. And the enemy is our own governments.

And it’s gonna get much uglier before it ever begins to get better.
