100.% There are a lot of well read influencers and thinkers out there who espouse the same messages but Charlie was open and welcoming. He changed minds. It was the latter which is/was the threat.
We are looking at polar opposites in terms of cultural values. The left prizes safety from words and ideas they disagree with. Like encapsulating and removing them from cognizance altogether and at all costs.
The right prizes the consideration of all ideas in order to weigh and measure them so that the best may emerge. Charlie did that effectively while offering a friendly embrace. This was more than was tolerable for the authoritarians. (For all the blathering chin music about “democracy,” this is the death knell.)
We’re on the same page. I responded to strings of comments yesterday about how this had to be a hired professional, funded by unidentified progressive bad people. Well, the bad people don’t have to waste money hiring anyone. They’ve purposely or inadvertently created a generation of young people born to affluence who aspire to be victims, who have been taught that words are violence and apply that label to any word indiscriminately in order to feed their imagined injury. They are angry narcissists who must be seen as heroes and the fastest way to become a hero is the ultimate virtue signal, the murder of people they’ve been told to hate, whether they’re well known or simply innocent children. Why would the progressive elite need to find and pay a “professional assassin” when they have thousands of followers that will murder just for the glory of being a progressive hero? We really need to focus on the true and identifiable threat and you named it clearly and simply.
The Democrats rile up their street armies of commies and crazies with rhetoric about "getting in their faces," "taking to the streets," and "bringing guns to knife fights," then when finally "somebody does something," they have deniability that Sinn Fein would envy. Plus, no payroll problems, other than chronically supporting the agitator class with money they confiscated from the rest of us.
That's why I prefer a life sentence in Gitmo rather than execution. "OMG, he's just a boy!" they'll scream. I want him to stay alive but disappear from our consciousness. I don't want the Left to even have a snowball's chance in hell to make a martyr of him and believe me - they will try!
Just as socialists want state controlled economies and societies so they also now aspire to control culture and words. The Non-left (now routinely known as the far right) believe in the reverse of those objectives.
If this horrible event serves any purpose let it be a much wider understanding by the public just what is at stake in the USA but also in Britain.
The left ran Ann Coulter and Milo Yianoppolous off campuses with protests, heckling, and finally threats and violence BECAUSE they were changing minds with their humor, wit, unorthodox viewpoints, and, in Milo's case, raunchiness. Charlie was less easily intimidated, and somehow more of a threat. I don't know if his assassination was planned or coordinated by a leftist organization, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was. It fits the pattern.
What everyone on the Left fears above all else is judgement. Anything that requires them or their actions to be judged must be attacked and done away with. Meritocracy, religion, morality, standards, and "hate speech". They've changed the definition of what is right and wrong, to make all of their sins, weaknesses, and depravities into virtues. Rape a minor - "Love is Love". Mutilate your body, cutting off organs and taking dangerous drugs - it's "Gender Affirming Care". Murder someone - they were fascist, racist, white supremist, etc. All to avoid judgement of their actions. They dislike God and Christianity because it acknowledges God's judgement. Woke "Christians" often don't believe in hell, denying that God will judge them in the end. They will do just about anything to avoid judgement for fear of recognizing the failure in themselves - but make no mistake, judgement is coming.
I often tell friends- if we were all still hunting and gathering, none of these issues would still exist. We’d be too concern with catching that lizard for dinner. Kinda puts a perspective on what’s “real” and what’s fluffy fantasy.
😂 We have a chicken which was wild. We rescued her from the busy road where she was living on who knows what. She’s the best pet chicken! So smart and so loving!
Btw… do you know the difference between a ketch and a yawl?
"Hate" is a label given by the left to perfectly reasonable and defensible viewpoints which oppose their orthodoxy. That kind of labeling shows hatred of freedom of expression.
I never felt hate from Charlie. Easy to identify these days, it’s so often dished with vehemence even when the meaning is loony and completely unsubstantiated. Westerners need vocabulary, grammar, and logic classes so they can learn how to parse and see through the clutter.
Kirk was assassinated because a 22-year-old ended up with hate-filled views that are radically different from those of his family. That development happened because Leftists are free to hate (and to celebrate the assassination) online in massive numbers - using their real names and photos - without consequence.
If we don't attack the incubator, the problem will only grow.
You either believe in a free society, or you don't. I read your linked Substack post. You advocate "meaningful social consequences apply" to those on the left who express happiness that Charlie was assassinated. Charlie did not believe that the answer to totalitarianism on the left is totalitarianism on the right. It dishonor's his memory to call for censorship of any kind.
I'm not sure if you're being intentionally disingenuous or simply misinterpreted what JD Free wrote.
"Meaningful social consequences" has NOTHING to do with censorship. If one of your acquaintances starting posting n-word laden screeds on social media and ranting in person about how they hate black people, would you shun them? My guess is yes. That's a meaningful social consequence.
Rep. Clay Higgins (R-Louisiana) said he would “use Congressional authority and every influence with big tech platforms to mandate immediate ban for life of every post or commenter that belittled the assassination of Charlie Kirk.”
He also advocated banning such users from all platforms forever, blacklisting their businesses, revoking licenses, etc. It seems to me that this is the kind of thing JD Free is advocating. That is precisely the kind of censorship exposed by Elon Musk when he took over Twitter. People should be free to express themselves, even if their expressions are hateful. JD Free expressly calls for a kind of "cancel culture". He states: "Yes, it’s “Cancel Culture”. For people who desperately need it. Embrace it, or expect more assassinations."
You say that we should merely "shun" people that we don't agree with or who say mean things on the internet?
You call that "meaningful"?
If that is all JD Free means, then I have no qualms with that. However, people are not calling for shunning, and neither is JD. He is calling for banning. That is precisely what the totalitarians of the corporate left want. They want to establish a culture of banning and intolerance. By calling for this, JD Free plays directly into their hands.
"If liberty means anything at all it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear." Charlie Kirk, quoting George Orwell.
And here we are, in a difficult moral conundrum. Do we allow the left to continue to run roughshod over our rights and freedoms by using them against us, or do we swallow our pride, and use their rules to shove it right back down their throats? I don't have an easy answer, but if I have to pick I'm going with door number two.
Unless, of course, said cancellation is encouraged, and even coerced by the government and its nefarious public-private alliances. See The Twitter Files for a prime example.
Others have responded correctly. The reason that the "American project" appears to be going wrong is that a big piece of it has been forgotten. Social policing is prohibited to the government not because we want anarchy, but because the culture is the proper place for it.
If you don't police toxicity socially, you get worse.
The Constitution set up a federal -- not a national -- government. There's a big difference. Since the era of Lincoln, that protection has been gone.
Only three or four (depending on whether you count two of them as the same) crimes were subject to federal punishment: treason, counterfeiting, piracy, and violations of international law. ALL other crimes were to be defined and punished by states. Today, no one can enumerate the number of federal crimes on the books.
Originally, the right of citizens to carry arms of any sort was officially honored, even those who had "paid their debt to society" after a prison stint. Today, only the potential victims are effectively disarmed by law and the criminals are not incarcerated, but you will be if you defend yourself against any of them.
Like the Berlin Wall, the constitution doesn't fall apart until the moment it falls apart -- then it collapses in a day.
It's truly amazing how you jumped from "social consequences" to "totalitarianism." Could there be a more massive mental leap than the one you just took? "Social consequences" include things like shunning, which is a part of freedom of association, a right Americans used to have. Totalitarianism is total state control of every aspect of your life, including the right for the state to murder its own citizens. Those are two very different concepts.
Consequences do not require death on a spike or totalitarianism. Calling out vitriol where we see it might be enough. Conservatives tend to turn the other cheek too much.
Lots of people will wring their hands and say "we have to be better". But you've got it right. There is a massive asymmetry of tolerance and social consequence.
That is an astute observation about the power of words, Ryan. I would suggest pulling back to see the cookie-cutter pattern copy-and-pasted from every other high-profile intellimafia assassination over the past century. See my comment in this thread (https://www.eugyppius.com/p/the-assassination-of-charlie-kirk/comment/155248303) as well as this one listing just a few indicators that this is a professional hit:
Absolutely this. I haven't begun to try to analyse what has happened but the inscriptions on bullets detail had my neck hairs bristle - how convenient it is to identify motive so quickly and how enraged or maniacal everyone is now. So yes, I don't know the whys or the wherefores but it all feels so constructed. Poor Charlie Kirk to be used as a tool in this way. How evil.
Exactly. This wasn't a political assassination. This was the strategic sacrifice of a figure whose death would inevitably cause the conflagration the intellimafia wants to provoke so they can justify escalating tyranny per Problem-Reaction-Solution. As I wrote in my essay yesterday:
"You may love Charlie Kirk; you may loathe him. The fact that he is such a firebrand for the manufactured political divide makes him an ideal sacrificial lamb for maneuvering in the next phase of totalitarianism."
I dunno. This is getting a bit too complicated, with too many long words. And how can we know the motivation of a murderer before he's even been interrogated?
It's as simple as Problem-Reaction-Solution. Once you understand the pattern, you will realize it's not the puppet we need to focus on but the intellimafia pulling his strings.
"Professional hit"? Any avid hunter or veteran could have made that shot with that weapon. A "professional" wouldn't have been caught on camera escaping so clumsily, or ratted out by his father.
The left tolerates zero dissent and they have always resort to violence throughout history look at the millions exterminated by The Chinese the Soviet Union and Cambodia in the last 100 years.
“ …the real reason the left has become so violent.” is because they *can*. We (trad Right) no longer defend ourselves and have lost control of the law and in turn society. In short, as perhaps Kirk noted, we have become a “lawless” society. As has been said:
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”
The pen being often referred to as being mightier than the sword and, as in this case, the gun (which we are have access to by Constitutional right in order to discourage assassination, along with other violent acts, as a common tool of intimidation and control by history’s usual clutch of vicious, nasty parasitic assholes. Remember, the bullet flies both ways. That fact is something the ‘asshole class’ fears and badly wants nullified here in the Land of the Free because of our possession of guns).
For those who think the above is “over the top”, let me add that for way too long the “ Right” has allowed their “virtues” to be used against them. Therefore our rules of engagement have been ineffective in combating the Left—the only virtue they (the Left) ascribe to is to obtain absolute power over the human condition.
It is our enemies that really set the rules of engagement in this battle. Those rules are made plain day in and day out in cities across America, not just in Utah. I won’t bore our European readers with American examples. Indeed, they only need look at their own countries for recent examples of the evil of Leftism.
While crazy Antifa lefties are certainly looking to take home the Oscars for assassinations and violence, Democratic politician Melissa Hortman was killed by someone on the right. It is time for all sane folks from left to right to condemn political violence and work towards ending it.
Over the years I have ended relationships with anyone who supports political violence and I am deleting lots of folks right now.
Melissa Hortman's killer wasn't on the right. He worked for Tim Walz's campaign and participated in No Kings protests. He also targeted Republicans and knocked on doors but thankfully nobody was home. That said, I don't think he was driven by left wing politics either. He just seems like a nutter. The reason you know he wasn't right wing btw is that the news dropped out of the establishment stations almost overnight and nobody wanted to talk about it. This would NOT happen were this a right wing hit.
This nonsense talking point needs to stop being repeated as fact. Boelter's motivations for the killings are far less clear, if they were ideological at all. The fact of the matter is that this "far right" guy was nominated to serve by Tim Walz, and he also apparently hated Trump. It sounds like either full on mental illness or he really believed somehow that he was doing the bidding of Tim Walz. Bottom line, he is in prison, everyone condemned those attacks including those on the right, and no prominent politicians or right-leaning media members ever used such "fascist", "authoritarian", "Hitler" rhetoric about the politicians that this nut bag murdered.
Yes, it's worth remembering the assassinations of Minnesota state representative Melissa Hortman, together with the murder of her husband, Mark (RIP). The murderer, Boelter, had attempted to assassinate state senator John Hoffman and and murder his wife, Yvette (they required hospital treatment).
There were unseemly attempts at narrative adjustment by influencers on the right, first by saying that Boelter was a leftist, and then when that was no longer credible, that he was a patsy, and the real killer was a leftist. Boelter himself admitted to the murders and attempted murders, and made incoherent claims that he was hired by Tim Walz to carry out the acts.
The substantial difference is firstly, that the attempted assassination of Trump, or the assassination of Charlie Kirk (RIP) flows from the logic of leftism, whereas Boelter was acting against his own conservatism (and, of course, his Christianity). Secondly, and related to this, is the mass support on the left for political assassinations, as against a consensus of repudiation on the right.
The most senior Democrat politicians, like Obama and Schumer condemned the murder of Kirk without any equivocation or qualification. But as you move down the ranks, you encounter leading media figures arguing that Kirk created the hate that consumed him, then below that, the open mocking of Kirk, and then the young activists who openly celebrate the murder. I'm not on X, but please tell me if you know of any similar mass behavior there from the right after the murder of Melissa Hortman (it's worth making temperature checks on the more stupid and impetuous types on the right).
I will wholeheartedly agree with your point that the modern left, especially groups like Antifa (whom I criticized in my first post) are the far bigger problem. And I will also agree that many leftists (not all of course) are condoning the assassination. As mentioned I am deleting all acquaintances and friends on social media who support political violence.
Ultimately, my main point was that political violence needs to be condemned by all. I accept the criticisms, but they are missing my main point. Wish everyone the best.
Yes, I accept your main point and condemn all political assassinations, whoever carried them out, and whatever the opinions of the victim. The other points I made were just supposed to be additions, not criticisms.
My personal position is worse than yours, I see. I have close family members who spontaneously cheered the Trump assassination attempt, and can't possibly cut them off. I hope I can win them away from this psycopathy over time.
I am truly lucky that my family and closest friends accept me even when we disagree on things like Covid and the pandemic.
I have noticed that my African and Asian friends (I lived in East Asia for 15 years) never behave like folks in the West engaging in online hate and disowning family members.
I think they are violent because they have no recourse to logical arguments in support of their positions. They literally can't win a logical argument so they can only use violence to overcome opposition.
The 18-22 demographic were Trump's biggest supporters in the 2024 Presidential election. Apparently Charlie Kirk's message was well received. Not surprising since this demographic had their adolesence stolen from them by the COVID lockdowns, school closures, masking, and social distancing -- all of which turned out to have been based on lies and completely unnecesssary.
While doing something like this could be an attemot at demoralization, tactically, really more likely the truth is this: They are not assassinating people because they are winning the argument.
" The Freemasons should control all men of every class, nation and religion, dominating them without obvious compulsion; uniting them through a strong bond; inspiring them with enthusiasm to spread common ideas; and with utmost secrecy and energy, direct them toward this singular objective throughout the world."
Albert Pike had promised his Masonic allies in Europe that they would have three world wars to consolidate the world power of the Canaanites. We have now seen two of those world wars, and, as promised, the first world war was to set up a Communist regime, the second world war was to raise it to the status of a world power, and the third world war is planned to destroy both Communism and Christianity in a great orgy of annihilation. This coming war is intended to be the final death knell of the people of Shem; after its conclusion the Canaanites will reign unchallenged throughout the world."
The Canaanites? I thought your beef was with the tribe that fought them.
The Phoenicians were the most influential and longest-lived of the Canaanite groups. So you reckon they kinda went underground and somehow ended up running the world today?
Food for thought: what if your Canaanites and Freemasons are just puppets of the Anunnaki? Maybe you should go back to the drawing board for the next ten years or so, until you've factored that in.
"The World Order sets up countless groups to promote any type of idea, and then sets up other groups to fanatically oppose them, but the masters have no dedication to anything except slavery." The World Order Eustace Mullins 1992
"Now time grows short. History will not allow the people of Shem additional centuries, or even decades, to come to their senses and realize what is going on. Just as they have been victims of massacres and genocides for centuries, the people of Shem now face the determination of the Canaanites to exterminate them utterly and finally. a goal they hope to achieve by the end of the millenium." The Curse of Canaan.... Eustace Mullins 1987
Wasn't the Annunaki set up by the Nephilim as a proxy front for their Babylonian Empire so the Nephilim could retreat to Hollow Earth and wage war on the Serpent People that had survived the Great Cataclysm and sought to inflitrate the Surface World via hidden passages to the ocean floor in Polynesia, using the Deep Ones as middle-men?
At the same time, the Venusians (remembered in legends as the Vanir) and the last Martians (Äsir) were fighting over the remains of Atlantis (Scandinavia, as Olof Rudbeck revealed in his chronicles where the lost Atlanteans battled the invading Scythians, giving rise to the legends of Norse and Slavic peoples.
(Just in case: I'm making fun of the guy with the "ancient conspiracies"-schtick you're talking to.)
My disgust for German media, state-funded and otherwise, has further increased; immediately slapped the "far-right extremist" label on him and started producing ridiculous deception. Those goddamn sheltered PMC don't understand how dangerous this is, they just keep fucking about perfectly secure in the belief they'll always be isolated from consequences.
In this case, it's even nastier, with the implication "violence is bad but it's his fault for spreading hate" immediately connected to the term "far-right"
In the "Dark Ages", whenever that was, you could and would get a severe slap-down for falsely accusing someone of a crime or of wrongful or dishonourable behaviour.
After someone had been convicted, then came the public shaming.
I applaud your taste in cinema. What's doubly funny is that exchange and "scientific process" on display while deranged also is fully logical from the premises.
"So... if she weigh as much as a duck, she's made of wood?"
"And therefore?"
- - -
"She's a witch!"
If I recall correctly, a lot of the lines in that skit were ad-libbed, the Pythons trying to make each other start laughing. Eric Idle can be seen biting into a prop while John Cleese is intentionally delaying his line.
I keep hearing these accusations: far-right, racist, etc, but with no actual sauce.
Like with JK Rowling, none of them can directly point to anything he said that was directly bad, and the few things I've found seem to have been taken out of context.
The left has run about as far as they can with this playbook. It needs to end now.
Several people seemed to have great esteem for Charlie Kirk. There was an interview with Tucker Carlson earlier on. He seemed to be an honest, open person. But most of all, he was the father of 2 small children, and obviously a loving and caring one. If that does not claim respect I don't know what does.
Is he? I did not know that. I wonder if he is a loving, caring father. Gates is a father, but I have heard an interview with his daughter, and that had a very weird feel to it.
And he is also not an honest, open person. Unless you consider him being proud of how many lives he ruined as being honest and open.
In the Soviet Union, contradicting the Party was considered psychiatric evidence. In today's West, "hate speech" is saying anything that someone powerful hates to hear.
Actually HB, it seems that "hate speech" today, to far too many people, is anything that either disagrees with, or even simply fails to agree, with the opinions they currently hold.
Maybe they sense their end and it’s culminating in violence. Like an erupting volcano of puss. I don’t wish to project negativity and I certainly don’t hope it, but this is likely to all blow up with a universally acknowledged innocent being killed.
They're never satisfied with anything less than total control, so it won't end. Marxist thought is as pernicious as it is evil. The best we can hope for is to deprive them of government funding and to then to identify them and use the criminal justice system to stomp on them at every opportunity until they are driven underground, or to fellowships at Ivy League colleges.
Well said. Their constantly moving goalposts are proof of their lack of honesty and good will. Getting rid of funding is important. I also think NGO's need to put under the microscope. How did several 'impromptu' protests for trans, palestine, etc just happen to have pre-printed signs and materials donated by Amnesty International, which used to be about freeing prisoners of conscience, not putting more people away for speech...
It all has to be examined, and I agree, they need to be driven out of societal consideration.
A few Substackers, Jon Fleetwood and Daily Beagle, found a few weird 'coincidences' worth reading. The Hindustan Post captured the 'book' on Amazon, the killing of Charlie Kirk, posted the day before the murder. Some of his friends say he recently turned against his Israeli money providers. Always dangerous to accept money for nothing.
Isn’t it interesting that “words are violence” but Amazon would tolerate this book, even for a day?
Smells like conspiracy. Also considering that University trans guy on FB who mentioned there would be an occurrence at the coming Kirk event on his campus. .
Amazon is weird, it lets some books through, while blocking others. I wonder if there is bribery there, too. I know they get 50 % or so from books published, which is quite a sum.
Everything smells conspiracy to me lately. These last 5 years have turned me into a very suspicious, almost paranoid person. I used to be quite gullible I guess. I have not yet read anything about a trans guy. I just read that they have captured someone.
Dates on Amazon are automatically assigned to books and files as soon as the SUBMIT button his activated. Here's the archived post. And WHY has Amazon removed the listing?
As predicted by Orwell, this has become the era of politically redefining language. Words like vaccine, fascist, far-right, Nazi, Hitler have lost almost any relation to their original meaning.
The worst I saw was a piece in the educated middle class paper "Zeit", where the author genuinely argued that "while the right is screaming for vengeance, the left is genuinely mourning", all the while the paper's own educated middle class readers all went "DEAD FASCIST WHO CARES" in the comment section.
I was actually surprised that the Australian media mostly DIDN’T do this. I was absolutely expecting that to be their description, however they mostly surprised me by having at least a modicum of respect.
I hope a legal colonoscopy is applied to every Soros NGO, every USAID cutout, every Norm Eisen move, every color revolution tactic that our tax dollars paid for.
I think they will if they keep this up. The killings are surely awful, but people see the Left celebrating and are repulsed. You don't need to be MAGA to reject the Left, and people are going to start liking feeling safe again as Trump utilizes the National Guard in some of the worst cities. We must not allow ourselves to lose sight of the long term goal: prevent Democrats from undoing all the good we're seeing in Trump II.
That will never happen!! We have a corrupt bought and paid for political system that are Narcissistic, Megalomaniacs! The DemonRats, RepubTurds and Mr. Operation Warp Speed! They keep us divided through Deception, Destruction! It's the Insane running the Insane Asylum!!
The Republican Congress just voted yesterday to send more money to Ukraine with only small dissent. Probably the same ones who still AIPAC money. Let that sink in.
I know, but keep it together. We're winning, even though it doesn't feel like it. Always remember the dark days of the pandemic and ethnic riots how much better off we are now with Trump going after academia and all the left wing dark money.
I'm very sad and angry, too... But remember the trajectory.
They cry out as they strike you. They also act like they're the biggest victims. Even though they celebrate the killings, they always pretend the killers are Republicans using some mental gymnastics.
I've been calling them Muslibs because of this. Even the moderates are okay with the bloodletting their extremist brothers get up to. All apostates and infidels to their orthodoxy are fair targets for extermination.
So far I’m reading he was groomed on Discord and a member of a loosely organized group attached to antifa. I guess if they figure out his Discord handle, we will get more information and then decide if this reporting is true. It did seem organized and there were a couple of reports that stated people saw a figure dressed in black on the roof of the cafeteria more than once in the weeks leading up to the event. Supposedly, a professor approached him but he refused to respond.
I guess I’m mostly hoping for the death penalty and murder felony charges for anybody who assisted, ensuring life imprisonment.
Special appreciation for the father who turned in his own son, that must have been incredibly difficult and only a good human being would have the strength to do that. Given all of the vitriol online, there doesn’t seem to be as many of those people anymore out there.
This kid doesn’t seem to fit the profile. Studying to be an electrician in trade school as opposed to being a sociology major at a university. None of the usual hair cut or colors, tats, or piercings typical of antifa types. Not seeing anything indicating transgender issues. From the majority Mormon conservative town of St. George. Certainly young people who get radicalized don’t all fall into an obvious stereotype, but something here doesn’t smell right.
Can testify to that. Don't stand out, dont act out, be smart about it.
Over here, we were also taught to not refuse conscription but instead try to get as high security/special forces traning we could (or sig-int, demo, or clerk jobs at staff).
And when you're 17, it seem so cool and like the best game of tag ever.
Looking back 40ish years later it's more like "Why didn't anyone smack some sense into us?".
I'm going to say something that may be controversial
Everyone going batshit about how some people were celebrating his death... the truth is, I get it. There are people, who I won't describe or name, who if they met their maker tomorrow, I would - internally - be happy about it. I wouldn't be so crass as to make a TikTok video about it, but still
I think we are way past community or "coming together" or any of that bullshit. There is no "disagree and have a beer", not really. It is a kind of civil war now, but that spreads beyond borders.
Also people who think they have chosen a side typically feel they must protect it at all costs for the sake of a fragile ego. How goes one defend a batshit crazy POV? With a batshit crazy outburst.
They say that “jaw, jaw” is better than “war, war”, though, as Yogi Bera is reputed to have said, “in theory there's no difference between theory and practice, but in practice there is” … 😉🙂
I won't be surprised if Robinson shares much with Audrey Hale of the TN Christian school murders. Gay kids from devoutly Christian homes unable to reconcile the dissonance.
And not just gay, but likely autistic and with families entirely inadequate to recognizing the depth of their inability to conform to normal life. Plenty of love and support but parents utterly clueless about the chaos in their children's brains.
I'm getting a little worn out, myself, with being heartsick every week now.
But I'd take the story with a grain, or shaker, of salt since they describe Kirk as "... a conservative provocateur" 🙄.
Not surprising since Canada's Liberal establisment, and media, still endorse the transactivist matra that "trans women are women!!11!!" and deem it transphobic and "hate speech" to say otherwise. My further elaboration on the theme:
The messages were anything but homophobic. If you want to see what the actual messages said, rather than the vague lies of a left wing outlet, look here:
Often takes a whole village to raise a kid, though not all villages are created equal. Reminds me of some anthropologist studies of the Icks tribe in Africa — may be an unpopular opinion, but one might argue that slavery may have improved them … 😉🙂
By the way, up for a phone-chat later today? Think I have a sci-fi story to recommend, one of Fritz Lieber’s swords-and-sorcercy epics … 😉🙂
Sorry to hear that. And a mea culpa for whatever I might have done -- originally or recently, as a lady of easy virtue once jested in response to a question (who made you?) 😉🙂 -- in contributing to that state of affairs. Maybe a raincheck? You're more than welcome to give me dingle whenever the spirit moves you. 🙂
Sorry about Chief. Though I think those "ladies" get a far worse press than they deserve, at least in general. Reminds me of a quip by a famous British politician, circa 1900, Stanley Baldwin. It was something on an insult directed at the opposing bench, ascribing to them "the prerogative of harlots throughout the ages, i.e., power without responsibility."
As for Iryna and Charlie, while I sympathize, methinks they're just the outgrowths of subterranean currents that maybe are or should be the greater cause for concern -- living under the volcano, Krakatoa, Vesuvius, & Mt. St. Helen, if I'm not mistaken, in my neck of the woods.
Reminds me of a quote I'd seen many moons ago in a documentary on the Vietnam war: "The mills of the gods grind exceedingly slow but they grind exceedingly fine."
I’m going to share a comment I’ve posted elsewhere because it bears repeating as often as is necessary to help prevent bloodshed:
We need to take all this news with an enormous grain of salt as the intellimafia works hand-in-hand with the media to concoct a narrative that will cover its tracks, and any presentation of this as a lone crazy gunman is the typical formula used to divert attention from the true perpetrators orchestrating public events to manufacture consent for tyranny.
What the killing of Charlie Kirk tells me is the intellimafia is desperate to kick off a violent culture war. They tried to instigate a race war during the 1960s and failed; I am confident they will fail in this effort, too, but it will not be without bloodshed, most if not all executed by the intellimafia and its hired agitators.
We can curtail that bloodshed, however, by identifying the Problem-Reaction-Solution pattern here as well as in all the other intellimafia’s handiwork over the past century:
1) Problem: Assassinate a controversial figure who engenders heated emotions on both sides ranging from admiration to revulsion.
2) Reaction: Violence, strife, exacerbated division, and civil war. This is the ingredient they want the public to supply, but they will seed it with their own agitators and blanket us with propaganda until people succumb (which I pray they won’t).
3) Solution: They will propose heightened totalitarian restrictions, data collection, Palantir-panopticon surveillance, and curtailments of our liberties.
If we repeatedly expose their trap instead of falling into it, they will not be able to justify #3. It is vital that we point our fingers at the puppetmasters rather than their puppets.
Please read the short introductory essay in my piece on the intellimafia from yesterday and help me spread awareness that our greatest defense against the intellimafia’s attempts to sow violent discord is to instead enter into respectful dialogue with our perceived opponents, listening to one another’s concerns, and trying to understand their perspective as they try to understand ours:
In other words, we need to rehumanize one another so we experience each other face to face instead of as caricatured villains through screens.
To quote from my essay:
“The intellimafia wants you to think this is about left versus right, gender politics, immigration, race, Trump, and every other hot-button topic they’ve installed in people’s minds so they can mass-manipulate the populace at will.
“They want us to hate, feel outrage, blame the other, strike back, and dive head-last into uncivil war.…
“They want to toss out the ragebait and hide behind the curtain while we dogfight.
“We defeat their attempts to divide, dissipate, and decimate us by refusing to let them play our emotions, cognitive biases, and trauma like a well-worn record.
“We cancel their programming by remembering one another’s humanity, engaging in respectful dialogue, cutting the puppeteers’ strings, and alchemizing pain into love.”
I'm sorry to say this, but this "to instead enter into respectful dialogue with our perceived opponents, listening to one another’s concerns, and trying to understand their perspective as they try to understand ours" is naive. The people who are either masterminding their useful idiots, or simply leftist radicals are not going to try to "understand our perspective". We've been trying that strategy since the 60's. It hasn't worked and it isn't going to work. These are zealots, religious in the worst possible way zealots. They do not reason.
I agree it is likely impossible to reach the fully menticided (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/letter-to-the-menticided-a-12-step), HUMDEEDEE. I’m not talking about the unhinged stereotypes portrayed on the screen as ragebait but rather the people in our day-to-day lives and community who are more likely to be what I call swing thinkers. I have found it is possible to have loving, respectful conversations with people of opposing views if you listen to their concerns, reframe them in a way that helps them see it in a larger context, and ask questions that provoke thought rather than challenging their beliefs directly. I shared some communication tips in this article:
To paraphrase what I said in another thread, if we can get the swing thinkers to see reason, I believe the fringes will fall toward the middle as their views become increasingly marginalized. The attention-seekers won’t persist in their virtue-signaling once they get demerit points instead of brownie points.
Most important is to turn our attention to the magician performing the tricks rather than focusing on the misdirection so we can catch the sleight of hand and stop falling for the tricks.
Or, as I put it in another comment, we need to treat the disease that is causing the symptoms:
“The crap that needs to be shut down is the intellimafia’s systematic manipulation of the masses through the formulaic tribalism you’ve described. What many on the right object to in the leftist caricatures is a symptom of the larger disease. Cure the disease, and the symptom will resolve on its own.”
Well argued. As usual. I see your point and agree. I'm still in the throes of sorrow and shame that this is the culture in which we live, and have allowed to exist, because, and I'll speak for myself, I just want to be left alone. I'm not part of the problem. I don't want to be forced to become a problem, but eventually, when I or my loved ones are injured or threatened, the time for talking will be over. My problem will become their problem.
Thank you, HUMDEEDEE, and I think the majority of people just want to be left alone, too. It’s unlikely any of the keyboard warriors will make it to the front door 😆 That’s another reason I have a feeling this will fizzle out, despite the intellimafia’s efforts to stoke civil war.
I have posted this on several sites today. It fits here too. For the first half of my 80 years, I just wanted to be left alone to raise cows and kids. For the second half, I just wanted to be left alone to make things and maybe do a little fishin'. This last week scares me - badly - because I fully understand, as perhaps I never have before, Solzhenitsyn's famous lines: “The most terrifying force of death, comes from the hands of men who wanted to be left alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know, that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over. The moment the men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people’s door, and they will cry, scream and beg for mercy… but it will fall upon the deaf ears of the men who just wanted to be left alone.”
Well said. Have you noticed how much this has in common with the Kennedy assassination? I wonder if someone will take Robinson out before he can talk...
Yep. Another situation with things that don’t quite add up about the suspect. And after all this time no clear information has been provided to the public. The gen z Butler suspect had no internet presence? Really? No clear politics or motive? An unlikely suspect each time.
Most definitely, The Real Mary Rose. It's the same cookie-cutter pattern the intellimafia uses in every high-profile assassination, and whoever gets framed as the crazy lone gunman is at risk of being silenced quickly.
Eugyppius: if this is something you object to, please remove it.
This is an American site collecting data on people celebrating the murder of Charlie Kirk. While it may seem pointless to report Europeans to the page, it need not be, since it may lead to them having their VISAs revoked or them being denied entry into the USA in the future, as per the remarks made on X by dep. secretary of state Christoffer Landau.
FYI, just as a bonus, the "Hey fascist! Catch!" cartridge also had arrows carved into it. People have figured out that this is a reference to the videogame "Helldivers 2", where you play as a sci fi infantryman and can call in reinforcements using one of several long key sequences. The one on the shooter's ammo is specifically one that's been used as a joke online as it summons a 500KG bomb.
The Left is only interested in power - period. Full stop.
In their blinding feverish pursuit of such, they have created a monster, or a lot of monsters, along the way. But, most ironically, they are now powerless to rein them in.
These monsters will set about to do their worst, wholly inspired by the words and vitriol spewed by the power-mad Dems, believing they are righteous acts, which when they perform such wicked deeds, forces the powers that be to stutter and trip all over their hypocritical feigned shock at such malevolent acts, which have been wholly of their own making.
They pretend to abhor it, but their minions of evil know they don’t really mean that, and thus are not the least bit deterred from carrying on their mission to literally kill anyone in opposition.
Witnessing the cheers and fanatical delight so, so many online - teachers, lawyers, politicians, doctors, nurses, once so-called “normal people - enthusiastically rushed to convey regarding the senseless slaughter of a simply good and decent, young family man, proves there are many - far too many out there - who have crossed the Rubicon of having even the most basic element of human decency, instead they are quite content to gleefully charge headlong into further depravity and derangement.
They are the creation and embodiment of what is now commonly referred to as the Democrat Party.
God have mercy on us. We SURE are going to need it.
So very well stated and so very true. My husband and I had our wake-up moment throughout the covid era, our 33 yr old daughter just had her wake-up moment over this tragedy. We all are having our own individual wake-up moments and consequently disassociating ourselves from people who have lost as you say even the most basic elements of human decency.
Eugy, I like the way you are managing unacceptable comments, by replacing bad text with “User was temporally . . .” Much better than just disappearing them.
A (gentle! nice!) friend of mine repeated this opinion to me just yesterday, claiming Kirk was a gun nut and so it's his own fault he got shot, because we need stricter gun laws. The conversation ended before I could point out that Europe and the UK have very strong gun laws, and consequently they have a lot of knife and vehicular violence.
Me: have you ever actually listened to what he had to say? I was under the impression his main thing was having civil debates with people. [Please note I have never listened to Charlie Kirk myself.]
Friend: no, but he's a gun nut.
Me: how do you know he's a gun nut if you've never listened to him? Is it possible you've only been *told* to believe he's a gun nut?
Also me: guns are not illegal—we do have the Second Amendment.
Friend: so it's worth having a Second Amendment that means we have all these violent deaths all the time?
Me: [beginning to get agitated so I shut up, since this is one of the few friends who will actually engage with me about politics.]
My mom called me from Canada and said something like 'don't you think it was ironic that he supported the 2nd Amendment' because all the news coverage she sees, even on alternative media, was justifying the shooting that way. I said something like 'well I support the 2nd Amendment too, does that make it okay to shoot me?'
Is your mom Alanis Morrisette? The only reason that would be *ironic* is if you think guns have a magic murder field around them that causes spontaneous death.
Otherwise, it would only be *ironic* if he supported legalizing _murder_. Murder is still illegal, regardless of who has what guns, with what legal status.
> A (gentle! nice!) friend of mine repeated this opinion to me just yesterday, claiming Kirk was a gun nut and so it's his own fault he got shot, because we need stricter gun laws.
How does this make any sense whatsoever? The only charitable interpretation I can come up with is something like:
1) *If* we had stricter gun laws, *then* this would not have happened;
2) Charlie Kirk's advocacy is directly responsible for preventing the laws that would have prevented this; Therefore
3) ==> Charlie Kirk's own actions have, indirectly, caused this outcome
Except none of that makes sense. (1) is obviously untrue by inspection: Oakland, CA, where guns are illegal, has a higher gun violence rate than Austin, TX, where 15% of people in public are strapped. (2)... I guess I didn't realize how big of a deal Kirk is these days, but, come on don't be ridiculous. One guy isn't in a position to control that outcome.
And, if he's not in a position to control that outcome, then this is basically a 'haha outgroup got whats coming to him' and not a real argument at all.
> Friend: no, but he's a gun nut.
I would also love to know what a 'gun nut' actually is, in her mind. Not being facetious. It's just like, I lived in San Francisco for a few years. I don't know what counts as 'normal' anymore. Like, I've been in situations where I'm openly talking about eg drug use with my boss's boss's boss, on the clock at work, and that was normal. (Well, he was talking about his use to me). I'm so miscalibrated, I am not sure what the answer is to "is talking about tripping acid while working, with your boss, weird?".
In the same way, I have *absolutely no idea* what normal people think is 'reasonable' about guns. I don't pay attention to Kirk, I don't know what his actual position is. But given that I'm coming from a position of "the average Republican is an insane *anti*-gun nut", I just want to understand where normal people like your friend are drawing that line.
> Friend: so it's worth having a Second Amendment that means we have all these violent deaths all the time?
That's the point where I immediately ask "how many rapes before it's not worth it to have black people anymore. I mean, just, in your personal opinion. How many rapes until we get to pass the 'send every last one of them back to Africa' bill?
What? How can I say something like this? I'm just stating facts. Go read some FBI crime stats. I'm not the one saying we should ban anyone or anything from society. I'm the one who says sometimes doing the right thing isn't easy. Whether that be trusting responsible adults with firearms, or whether that be treating blacks like they're human."
----
But of course, I would never get to that point because I would be too busy flying off the handle and burning not only the bridge to that friend, but also her house (with her locked inside, of course) over the malicious axiom smuggled in there. Your friend appears to believe that laws actually affect society, directly, explicitly, and measurably, like turning a volume dial. Your friend appears to believe that changing what's written down on a piece of paper would meaningfully prevent murders. That's not how reality works. All the gun laws in the world do jack shit to crime when you never enforce them, just look at California. And all of the gun laws in the world do jack shit to prevent gun ownership unless you're willing to arrest everyone who owns a lathe for pre-crime.
The gun ownership rate, the gun violence rate, and the current state of gun laws, in any given place, are all functions of the culture of that place.
Kirk was assassinated not as much because he spoke truth to power, rather because a new generation of children listened to him.
A single bullet can only kill one person.
But a word can reach millions.
And that's the real reason the left has become so violent.
He thought he was going to get away with it. And, in his narcissism, he figured if they caught him (or killed him at the scene), he would be a martyr.
What he didn't realize is he just made Charlie a martyr for free speech and a whole generation of kids.
Why? Because narcissist can not think beyond themselves
COWARD.
It's the Temu-age IRA model.
EXACTLY!
That's why I prefer a life sentence in Gitmo rather than execution. "OMG, he's just a boy!" they'll scream. I want him to stay alive but disappear from our consciousness. I don't want the Left to even have a snowball's chance in hell to make a martyr of him and believe me - they will try!
I prefer Blood Eagle in a public forum....lol
So would I, but I'd rather lose the satisfaction if it means denying the Left their martyr.
I don’t know. I’m not a big fan of lizard. But if it was one of those wild chickens …
😂 We have a chicken which was wild. We rescued her from the busy road where she was living on who knows what. She’s the best pet chicken! So smart and so loving!
Btw… do you know the difference between a ketch and a yawl?
That's not "wild" -- that's "uncooped." 🥸
Hey yawl, go ketch me a chicken?
you friggin' nailed it.
Bullshit, there was nothing "friendly" about spewing hate with a shit-eating grin. He changed nobody's mind.
"Hate" is a label given by the left to perfectly reasonable and defensible viewpoints which oppose their orthodoxy. That kind of labeling shows hatred of freedom of expression.
They hated his message because it required them to look at their own beliefs, which is the last thing they ever want to do.
I never felt hate from Charlie. Easy to identify these days, it’s so often dished with vehemence even when the meaning is loony and completely unsubstantiated. Westerners need vocabulary, grammar, and logic classes so they can learn how to parse and see through the clutter.
LOL you're stupid. And wrong.
Funny. Calling someone, “stupid and wrong,” end of sentence. Where have we seen that before? 😂 Is this a parody? Open thread so who the h*ll knows.
Um, akshully it's "Your gay and retarded".
Kirk was assassinated because a 22-year-old ended up with hate-filled views that are radically different from those of his family. That development happened because Leftists are free to hate (and to celebrate the assassination) online in massive numbers - using their real names and photos - without consequence.
If we don't attack the incubator, the problem will only grow.
https://principlesvstribes.substack.com/p/the-problem-that-killed-charlie-kirk
Charlie would have disagreed with you. They win, by you taking that door, brother.
BACK TO BASICS for you, sir. The first amendment guarantees nothing more than freedom from government persecution of speech.
It does not guarantee you, or anyone, freedom from social consequences of your speech, including cancellation.
The American project has been 'going wrong' since our Constitution was first ratified in 1788. Somehow, though, it has never quite gotten there.
I'd say it's been going quite well.
No. Entropy has taken a terrible toll.
Bingo. You cannot coexist with loons who insist, "Your speech is violence; our violence is speech."
How evil.
Exactly, Amanda. The psychopathic callousness with which such decisions are made calls this “Network” scene to mind:
I have trouble seeing this as a political assassination; Kirk was not running for any office, but he was an outstanding debater.
Charlie Kirk died a martyr in the Christian sense.
He is just as much a martyr as John the Baptist, who was killed for bearing witness to God's standards for marriage.
At this point, that's as plausible as any other explanation I've seen.
Once you understand the pattern, you will realize it's not the puppet we need to focus on but the intellimafia pulling his strings.
that's what makes it disgusting. A model citizen was assassinated because he believed open dialogue/debate would prevent violence.
"Professional hit"? Any avid hunter or veteran could have made that shot with that weapon. A "professional" wouldn't have been caught on camera escaping so clumsily, or ratted out by his father.
Of course he would be if that's in the script. Stay tuned for the manifesto in episode 3.
The left tolerates zero dissent and they have always resort to violence throughout history look at the millions exterminated by The Chinese the Soviet Union and Cambodia in the last 100 years.
Right. And don't forget to mention the tens of thousands of Palestinian children exterminated by Israel in Gaza the past two years. And counting...
I hear Hamas is accepting volunteers. For someone of your calibre, it's worth a try. You might even get an obituary from Greta Thunberg.
Not sure what your point is...
Look at the five million killed by USA since the illegalnunvasion of Iraq 🤷♂️
Good point. And let's not forget the leftist Neo-Trots who lied us into that war, helped by running dogs Bush and Blair.
(widely attributed to Edmund Burke)
and to not have enough ammunition.
Very good point
The pen being often referred to as being mightier than the sword and, as in this case, the gun (which we are have access to by Constitutional right in order to discourage assassination, along with other violent acts, as a common tool of intimidation and control by history’s usual clutch of vicious, nasty parasitic assholes. Remember, the bullet flies both ways. That fact is something the ‘asshole class’ fears and badly wants nullified here in the Land of the Free because of our possession of guns).
Which is why we must never give them up. Their primary purpose is to protect the people from government abuse.
You are right on target here. The next revolution needs to be a worldwide one and very thorough.
I will agree with your statement that he was mentally ill.
Bingo.
I will agree that Boelter is mentally ill.
Stop both-sidesing this issue. Don't inhale the media gaslighting. The Hortmans' killer was a loon believing Tim Walz had given him a mission.
Terribly sorry about your family.
I am truly lucky that my family and closest friends accept me even when we disagree on things like Covid and the pandemic.
I have noticed that my African and Asian friends (I lived in East Asia for 15 years) never behave like folks in the West engaging in online hate and disowning family members.
Wish you the best. Take care.
Al least they published a book on his death before being shot.

I think they are violent because they have no recourse to logical arguments in support of their positions. They literally can't win a logical argument so they can only use violence to overcome opposition.
And who more suitable for them to assassinate than a person who did nothing but use logic and faith to win arguments.
Adam Weishaupt, Munich 1765.
The Illuminati? That's so 2010s!
Eustace Mullins
The Curse of Canaan
Spot on.
Sorry, but he wasn't that popular, ever.
I think you forgot to take your meds today you Jew hating piece of shit
My disgust for German media, state-funded and otherwise, has further increased; immediately slapped the "far-right extremist" label on him and started producing ridiculous deception. Those goddamn sheltered PMC don't understand how dangerous this is, they just keep fucking about perfectly secure in the belief they'll always be isolated from consequences.
I noticed DW calls anyone to the right of Obama "Far Right".
Yes . He had a biological woman as a wife and two biological children . So yes ..he is “ far right “
He also continued nearly every policy from the Bush years forward for his full two terms. Shouldn't that qualify Obama himself as "far right"?
Or maybe it says more about Clueless George.
In this case, it's even nastier, with the implication "violence is bad but it's his fault for spreading hate" immediately connected to the term "far-right"
Dark Ages level victim shaming.
Nah.
In the "Dark Ages", whenever that was, you could and would get a severe slap-down for falsely accusing someone of a crime or of wrongful or dishonourable behaviour.
After someone had been convicted, then came the public shaming.
How do you know she’s a witch? Because she floats and is made of wood. 😂
I remind myself I times like these that the "but" wipes out everything that precedes it.
Benjamin Netanhayu is a father, so what of it?
They (you/me) don't have to say anything bad or engage in crimethink/wrongspeak.
Not being fanatically loyal /enough/ is plenty enough.
Maybe they sense their end and it’s culminating in violence. Like an erupting volcano of puss. I don’t wish to project negativity and I certainly don’t hope it, but this is likely to all blow up with a universally acknowledged innocent being killed.
I agree.
It all has to be examined, and I agree, they need to be driven out of societal consideration.
the Belgian press was not much better.
That book was likely Ai for which you can change the date. Probably put up for fan boys or a quick buck. It was swiftly removed.
yes but it was on there on the 9th, as Hindustan times states.
Here is a screenshot of the original Amazon listing. Note the date: September 9.

Exactly, Ingrid! Here's the archived link:

International date line.
We’ll see. I’m sure FBI is on it or should be.
Isn’t it interesting that “words are violence” but Amazon would tolerate this book, even for a day?
Smells like conspiracy. Also considering that University trans guy on FB who mentioned there would be an occurrence at the coming Kirk event on his campus. .
you trust these people? FBI ?
Amazon is weird, it lets some books through, while blocking others. I wonder if there is bribery there, too. I know they get 50 % or so from books published, which is quite a sum.
Everything smells conspiracy to me lately. These last 5 years have turned me into a very suspicious, almost paranoid person. I used to be quite gullible I guess. I have not yet read anything about a trans guy. I just read that they have captured someone.
Suspicious is good.
I’m just not ready to come to a conclusion about these things in a mere 48 hours though.
Dates on Amazon are automatically assigned to books and files as soon as the SUBMIT button his activated. Here's the archived post. And WHY has Amazon removed the listing?
https://web.archive.org/web/20250911163616/https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FQMF466K
Yes. It was up for one day or less it seems.
Here's a screenshot of the ORIGINAL Amazon listing from Sept 9.

Thanks!
Yes I saw that yesterday. It was circulating around.
banned for a day for being annoying and bothering people.
thanks. muted that person myself too
may be you should, too, then. If you know the truth tell it. If not, stop lifting a lid you don't want lifted.
As predicted by Orwell, this has become the era of politically redefining language. Words like vaccine, fascist, far-right, Nazi, Hitler have lost almost any relation to their original meaning.
Edit to add: Chris Bray talked about this. https://chrisbray.substack.com/p/fighting-nazis-a-zesty-form-of-community
You’re worried about the media, I’m looking at the voters. Just be patient. There’s no stopping what’s about to come.
Don’t voters look at media? That’s kind of the point.
I assume a re-establishment of Christian centred beliefs and work ethic.
Nothing else matters.
American media is the same.
I f@cking hate them. Excuse my French. These propagandist are busy radicalising the left.
Same here in Sweden. It's shameful, but expected: they always protect their own.
A number of these people are about to get slapped with "no fly" orders from the US. No more shopping trips to New York.
No doubt they will whinge about restriction of freedom of speech.
The Democrat Party must go the way of the Whigs.
And the government should endeavor to go after and destroy "Antifa" root and branch, like the FBI did to the KKK in the 50's and 60's.
I'll be less ambition and simply hope that Tyler Robinson's computer is accessible and all of his logins are found.
There are radicals to arrest.
Rather, smallpox.
That is an excellent suggestion!
The left are spiritually the same as moslems:
After every murder and every terrorist attack, they celebrate.
And we mourn.
I'm tired of us always being the ones mourning.
It’s very dystopian and spiritually twisted.
I do feel incredibly horrible for his family.
You may be right. However, I live in Utah, and I can assure you that we have plenty of liberals here.
He looks vacant, like on meds. Many of the others had that 1,000 yard stare too.
Advice to anarchists and subversives in the 80s was, no distinguishing features (tats, haircuts etc), blend in, dress like a bank clerk.
The same leftards that celebrate the assassination of Charlie Kirk oppose the death penalty for a rapist murderer. Let that sink in.
Or the killer of that poor innocent girl riding the train in North Carolina.
Yes, because civilized societies dont execute the mentally I'll, like the Nazis did.
Huh? Unless I miss your point, it sounds like a comment from someone mentally ill.
It is a kind of civil war now, but that spreads beyond borders.
i get it, but charlie was killed because he realized we are in a spiritual war - and he was very effective
He was assassinated BECAUSE he was very effective.
Indeed, like Gus said in Lonesome Dove, "some people need killing." Charlie Kirk was not one of them.
Definitely not
Also people who think they have chosen a side typically feel they must protect it at all costs for the sake of a fragile ego.
Robinson was gay?
(Sorry, I overslept this morning, and am just catching up with the news.)
Willing to bet on it.
Ah. I'll wait, then, rather than jump to conclusions.
That is reasonable.
A CBC -- Pravda West -- News story said there were some homophobic comments on his bullets. So moot whether he was so or a "self-hating" one.
https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/kirk-shooting-investigation-fri-1.7632106
But I'd take the story with a grain, or shaker, of salt since they describe Kirk as "... a conservative provocateur" 🙄.
Not surprising since Canada's Liberal establisment, and media, still endorse the transactivist matra that "trans women are women!!11!!" and deem it transphobic and "hate speech" to say otherwise. My further elaboration on the theme:
https://dredles.substack.com/p/if-we-think-this-cant-happen-in-canada/comment/154983725
More gaslighting.
The messages were anything but homophobic. If you want to see what the actual messages said, rather than the vague lies of a left wing outlet, look here:
https://legalinsurrection.com/2025/09/charlie-kirk-updates-trump-says-suspect-is-likely-in-custody/
Either gay or a committed enough ally to dedicate his cartridges to them.
This has been a really rotten week and I'd advise you to not risk whatever mood I may be in.
You better not remind me about them ladies of easy virtue because that skeezed me right out, Sparky.
I ain't mad at you. Between Iryna and Charlie I am truly genuinely despite-the-cliche term heartsick.
I appreciate this demonstration of your remarkable inability to read the room, Steersman.
Kirk, himself, was a religious zealot. All religion is mental illness.
What is the cause of yours then?
> "... dive head-last into uncivil war.… "
Civil civil-war is definitely better than the uncivil variety ... 😉🙂
Well said. Have you noticed how much this has in common with the Kennedy assassination? I wonder if someone will take Robinson out before he can talk...
It seems to have more in common with the attempt on Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Yep. Another situation with things that don’t quite add up about the suspect. And after all this time no clear information has been provided to the public. The gen z Butler suspect had no internet presence? Really? No clear politics or motive? An unlikely suspect each time.
All of them seem to have a bit too much in common, e.g., a similar pattern.
Most definitely, The Real Mary Rose. It's the same cookie-cutter pattern the intellimafia uses in every high-profile assassination, and whoever gets framed as the crazy lone gunman is at risk of being silenced quickly.
Yes, down to the writing on bullets. I wonder where the "manifesto" is.
I was discussing that on another thread and am sure it's next in the queue ;-)

Eugyppius: if this is something you object to, please remove it.
This is an American site collecting data on people celebrating the murder of Charlie Kirk. While it may seem pointless to report Europeans to the page, it need not be, since it may lead to them having their VISAs revoked or them being denied entry into the USA in the future, as per the remarks made on X by dep. secretary of state Christoffer Landau.
https://www.charliesmurderers.com/
I am not affiliated with the people creating this page and have no knowledge about them, nor have I had any communication or dealings with them.
FYI, just as a bonus, the "Hey fascist! Catch!" cartridge also had arrows carved into it. People have figured out that this is a reference to the videogame "Helldivers 2", where you play as a sci fi infantryman and can call in reinforcements using one of several long key sequences. The one on the shooter's ammo is specifically one that's been used as a joke online as it summons a 500KG bomb.
right, I'll add that.
The assassin seems to have done it for the lulz
The combination of callow and bloodthirsty is all over the place and very depressing
A surprising number of the lone shooters turn out to have very obscure, muddled or even whimsical motivations.
And SSRI prescriptions
Let them expose themselves. At the very least, it will make anyone reasonably borderline pull away in revulsion.
I'm on tenterhooks - what did your mom say to that? As she was from Canada I bet it was all blather blather blather
I'm almost certainly preaching to the choir but,
> A (gentle! nice!) friend of mine repeated this opinion to me just yesterday, claiming Kirk was a gun nut and so it's his own fault he got shot, because we need stricter gun laws.
How does this make any sense whatsoever? The only charitable interpretation I can come up with is something like:
1) *If* we had stricter gun laws, *then* this would not have happened;
My compliments. It's neither common nor easy to be dispassionate about an assassination.
