And why would he do it anyway? When his type goes insane, he kills his wife and child, or maybe the next random passer-by. But doesn't plan a multiple homicide with a getaway driver, obviously in the hope to get away.
I think it's not hard to figure out how this guy got money for a gun.
It's also not hard to understand that a certain category of people do not think around corners; they barely manage to think as far as the next intersection.

One difference you overlooked is that although conservative women also side with men over women, they tend to be comfortable leaving the job of governing to their men.
