Progress report as of now: The first two chapters are complete in draft form, of course need polishing. The third is roughly half-done. The fourth, which is the hardest as it will require me to read a lot of newspapers articles (the Hanckock text leaks as published by the Telegraph especially) and go over all the Fauci FOIA releases again is what I want to get behind me this week. Not the writing, so much, but the laborious mining of material.

Ivermectin solves a LOT of problems...I've been using it whenever I feel a little under the weather for any reason, and it has kept me healthy even in the winter season..It's also been shown to shrink cancerous tumors, and is highly effective against parasites and probably all SARS viruses...But I think it may work even against bacterial illness as well....

Expand full comment

But since Ivermectin is generic, not much money to be made there....Only Merck distributes it widely, but of course it can be bought from India...

Expand full comment

For some reason it is very expensive in South Africa, i do not know who is making the money, here anything is possible. It can even be that it is so expensive to import to dissuade the use.

Merck probably gets theirs from India, like many of their others.

Have you ever tried large daily doses of D3 (10,000IU), A (50,000IU), K2 (200 mcg), and a vitamin E complex with all 8 tocopherols and tocotrienols?

Expand full comment

For maybe 10 years I took 10,000 units of D3 a day, and I still do, although often skip days of my supplements more recently. The reason I went up to 10,000 units is because I'm not able to raise my vitamin D levels above the high 30s, even with 10,000 a day, or even 15,000 units a day for the week preceding a test. I have taken various forms of vitamin K in that amount or higher for maybe 15 years. And I take the natural mixed tocopherol Unique vitamin E from the AC Grace company. I've tried several times to take tocotrienols, but they don't seem to agree with me. One side effect I noticed a few times is that for some reason they cause nightmares, or possibly night terrors. I have experiences that two or three times when I have tried them. It's a strange side effect but I think it indicates they are not right for me.

Expand full comment

Vitamin K has nothing to do with returning bloodborne calcium to the bones instead of letting it form deposits in blood vessels that provide a platform for rancid cholesterol to attach to, forming atherosclerotic plaques. Vitamin K2 (preferentially MK-7) returns bloodborne calcium the bones, preventing osteoporosis and kidney stones.

You should try Vitacost's Vitamin E & Tocotrienol Complex.

Vitamin E cannot cause sleep disturbances.

the jury is out on Ivermectin: its possible that some folk overdosed on the stuff. In much the same way that excessive dosing with aspirin probably killed a lot of people in the post WW1 flu. I'm not a fan: this Covid disease is so weak and mild to most healthy people that you would need a massive and carefully controlled clinical trial of millions to prove anything, and that never happened.

The studies showed it was only given to late stage Covid cases. Beyond its normal use.

Ivermectin has no LD50.

Expand full comment

It's possible, but likely only because people couldn't access the pills which come in 3 mg and resorted to buying the paste where the dose is harder to measure. Even then I honestly think the media got fooled like my mom got fooled razor blades or heroin might be in my halloween candy in 1986.

For reference, an average person would need to consume at least 120 Ivermectin pills to need medical care. I can't see anyone overdosing that way.

Expand full comment

Ivermectin comes in a wide variety of doses, up to 12mg, so far as I have seen.

Look up PetMectin.

Expand full comment

Even 12 mg pills (I'm not sure human doses go up that high - I thought stopped at 5 mg) you would need to take 30 of them consecutively to get to dangerous levels.

The "people are overdosing on IVM" appears to be fiction the media fell for [1] and while I suspect it does nothing for Covid, prior to IVM hysteria gripping PH it was regarded as a wonder drug that could treat cancer, lice [2], viruses, and there was no controversy because it had safety profile of Tylenol.

Good luck. I will eagerly read it.

A short history of vaccines will be useful, but also very controversial. The benefits of vaccines have been touted for many years already. Only science-deniers and Nazis would have any doubt about this panacea.

Long before Covid I had discussions about the use and misuse of vaccines, and in the last decade it has become a very ideological issue with normies. Many were fanatical about vaccines already before Covid.

IMO, this is why the Covid vacc campaign was so successful this time; a similar attempted had failed in 2009 (H1N1).

I worked in vaccine development, so I liked to discuss them for years already. Some vaccines are really useful, but their potetntial is always overblown, the downsides always under estimated.

Vaccinating poor people to keep them from dying instead of improving their living standard to make them healthy is already 200 years old, and so is the resistance by the population (e.g. Leicester in 1885)

S.Humphries book gives a good overview of the history.

Expand full comment

I read the Humphries book. Fascinating. She is obviously pretty far on the "anti-vax" spectrum. OTOH, the history and facts are incredible. I came away from reading the book with several conclusions. First, the history of vaccinations is very, very messy. Lots of cases where the vaccination did more harm than good. (Of course, we are so much smarter today) Second, while correlation isn't causation, the statistics do NOT support vaccines being a miracle. Most of the killer diseases were going away from some combination of better sanitation and nutrition and possible the diseases evolving to less lethal forms. The fact that MD's, circa 1920 or so, were being taught how to tell smallpox from chickenpox is telling. We are taught that vaccination killed smallpox. It may have gone away on its own. Truth probably somewhere in between.

Bottom line--I conclude that being "anti-vax" isn't a mental disease. Vaccinations may or may not be a net positive, but there ARE two sides to the story.

Final question: If vaccines are such a boon to health--safe and effective, all that stuff--why do the manufacturers need 100 percent liability protection?

Expand full comment

Yes, "anti-vacc" is a meaningless term, designed to stop a discussion.

Some vaccs are really good, many are useless, some are harmful.

For some we should put much more effort into, e.g. a Malaria vaccine. While others are already conceptionally useless, like the Covid vacc, which didn't even have worked in theory.

The marketing campaign worked in the way that they lumped all vaccs together, and if you don't like one, you are against vacc altogether.

The Humphries book was also very interested as it shows how the vacc is often an economical-class issue: if you have poor undernourished people living in unhealthy condition, preventing large outbreaks of infectious diseases could be prevented by improving their living conditions, or giving them vaccines. Vaccs are often the cheapest, especially if one wants to keep poor people poor.

Do go on! What was the attitude of the "Nazis" towards vaccines? In quotes because I suspect the Nazis won WWII, while the German people, Wirtschaftswunder or not, the English people, and later the American people (esp. when RMN reneged on Bretton-Woods), lost it. The current PTB, "Nazi" or not, are in love with imposing vaccines on the commoners. (The PTB get fake "shots".) What does A Midwestern Doctor say about it?
