They can’t administer it because then Pfizer wouldn’t have the immunity from liability granted by the EUA, as I understand it.
What is the story with Comirnaty’s availability and EUA protection in Germany?

I don’t mind the flouting of pointless stupid rules; I do so myself, but the question is, why do they make laws that they don’t themselves believe in?
