As someone said, people who need to be tested to know whether they are sick might want to take a trip down to the graveyard to see whether they are dead.

I didn’t get tested when I got Covid 7 months ago. I don’t need a test to tell me I’m sick. The symptoms showed me it was Covid. When I got bad, my doctor’s office said to wait until you get really sick and then go to the ER so you can go an ICU and be put on a vent. Ah…no. Got an Ivermectin prescription off the internet along with Budesonide for my lungs. Saved my life. The ICU would have probably killed me. And they would have made a lot of money in return. Blood money. This is evil by any definition.

Hospitals across North America must be held to account for denying treatments. We know in American hospitals they're incentivized to put people on that poison Remdisivor and to count all dead as Covid. Not sure about Canada but there's probably something similar going on as Canada is just as corrupted. The academic hospitals from Johns Hopkins to McGill to U of T to even Mayo - all FAILED their patients.

The cost of lawsuits is tremendous in medicine. If a medical provider follows the CDC protocol, they are (as far as I know) pretty much immune to lawsuits. If the person dies of COVID in a hospital, they get a bonus; if he dies of COVID on a ventilator, they get a bigger bonus. The real money is in killing patients on a vent, it seems... and no one can sue for wrongful death because of the "CDC protocol." If someone were to write a book or a movie script where this was the case, some would find it too big a leap to suspend disbelief that much, but it's actually happening, and no one in the media or government seems to care.

The hospitals are to blame for violating everything they're supposed to be about, but the government essentially putting a bounty on COVID patients, while making it a liability risk to do anything 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 than try to kill the patient, is beyond the pale. Indeed, we've seen hospitals go to great lengths to not only refuse to provide ivermectin or other treatments that are known to work, but in at least one case, they went to court to block another court order demanding that the hospital permit the patient's doctor to administer ivermectin. They're off the hook for liability at that point, but they seem to want that bounty so badly that they won't let anyone get in the way of their efforts to butcher the patient for government cash.

Expand full comment

Yup, this is pretty much how it works. As long as the physician/hospital is following the "standard of care" it's almost impossible to win a lawsuit against them. It doesn't matter how absurd or ridiculous it is, or even if it's outright killing people, it's bulletproof since it's supposedly based on the "best available evidence". In reality it's a protection racket run by the drug companies. Provided the doctor uses the most insanely-expensive, on-patent drug possible, Pharma protects them via rigged studies since they control the medical journals.

It's been this way for decades, it's just never been this outright in-your-face until Covid. The AMA, AAP, etc. are all in on it, they are the doctor's "unions" and care as much about patients as the teacher's unions care about students.

What amazes me is how many people never question any of this since there's such a clear-cut conflict of interest. How many people would buy a used car based solely on the salesman's recommendation? Yet when it comes to their health they act as mindless automatons.

I think in the US if a person dies in a nursing home and their care was paid for by Medicaid, Medicaid can go after any assets of the diseased.

It’s called Medicaid Estate Recovery.

Expand full comment

Always been that way ... as long as person has assets, Medicaid does not pick up the nursing home bill ... most states have up to a 5 year look back period where, if assets are given away to qualify for medicaid, essentially the assets are taken.

According to elder rights attorneys the intent appears greedy.

Many see estate recovery as a discriminatory death tax. "Essentially, estate recovery turns government financial help to frail seniors of modest means into a loan program with collection taking place at death," writes elder law attorney Jeffrey Marshall.

Yup--you can tell if you have it; the symptoms feel unlike any natural flu or cold you've ever had. If you consider testing as that thing in the overton window that a lot of people who oppose jabs are likely to be alright with, there is just as much reason to refuse the tests as well. It is information-gathering on the part of big corps, and like another poster mentioned, NOT effective as per the CDC itself. Feeds a narrative, and fear, but not actual health.

This was certainly true of the original virus (I had it in March 2020 and realised straight away that it wasn't just the flu), but is it as simple for Omicron? My son caught it in Australia, had a fever and aches, then a runny nose. Of course, under no circumstances is testing a good idea.

Expand full comment

I think "Omicron" is no longer "Covid". How can the same disease have such different symptoms? From what I've heard from most people, "Omicron" is basically just the common cold/flu. I know both vaccinated and unvaccinated people who've had it recently (well, tested positive), and it was very mild.

Agreed, "omicron" does not seem to cause covid symptoms. I have it right now. First 3 days: body aches, runny nose. The governors (NY in particular) asked for ventilators, they got ventilators. That's what Trump boasted about. This was before we knew they were instruments of death for this particular virus. Of course, the CDC and FDA still pretend not to know this.

It would be a lot easier to defend him on the vax thing if Trump didn't keep blindly pushing them... but advocating for a vaccine early on wasn't a bad idea. An actual safe, effective vaccine would have been fantastic. Perhaps you could say that when you push for "warp speed" you run a risk of getting an unsafe product out there before it has been vetted, but it wasn't his idea to violate Nuremburg and mandate an experimental product, nor to have the FDA violate its own standards repeatedly (the vax EUO should not exist), nor to have the entire government turn a blind eye when thousands of people are being killed.

You could just as easily say Dr. Malone brought us the mRNA vax, but he's one of the heroes speaking out against the vaccines as they currently exist. It's not

The rest of it is all the work of the pharma companies themselves. There was nothing stopping any of them from developing a different kind of vaccine if they wished. The subunit S1 spike protein type of vaccines was their choice. You really think Trump knew enough about vaccines to demand that the pharma companies produce a certain kind of product?

I already mentioned the bit about him continuing to push the vaccines. It's a problem... but he never tried to mandate them. You will be hard pressed to find a politician who doesn't at least "recommend" the vax.

"the new goal is to ward off hypothetical future variants" has me rolling on the floor! They couldn't touch O.G. Wuhan Rona with every tool they had in their arsenal, and some they never had before. Distancing? Lockdowns? Re-Lockdowns? Masks? Ausweis? They made genejabs and caused variants to happen, and then when it arose, they couldn't stop Delta. Then they couldn't stop Omicron which they had perhaps 2 years to get right since it is so closely related to O.G. Wuhan strain. These people couldn't "ward-off" their way out of a wet paper bag. I still doubt that they can tell a rona from a daytona from a bologna as far as viruses go. Different individuals may display different characteristics when sick according to how toxic they are, or how much they have slid down the rabbit hole of health. In the end, it's your body telling you something isn't up to snuff. Your body may be missing some key ingredients and they ain't drugs, vaccines and mRNA injections.

Expand full comment

Most future variants of significance will probably evolve in animals anyway. Omicron will provide immunity to most currently circulating variants in humans, so only lineages that adapt to an animal species and jump back to humans will have enough mutations to escape prior immunity in enough people to matter. So the policy still makes no sense.

Expand full comment

Isn't it so that viruses with animal carriers are impossible to eradicate? I think that was the extent of an article I read lately. Smalpox had no animal carrier and that is the only virus that was beaten. All the other sicknesses are still around, jabs or no jabs (and the jabs kill more people than the viruses)

Of course. This virus was designed at Wuhan to have a furin cleavage site which means it will infect nearly all mammals. That means it can never be eradicated - by design.

Even worse, eugyppius, is the insanity of constantly testing healthy schoolchildren and teachers, as is happening here in California public schools. As a result, many students are forced to stay at home and miss lessons, even when they have zero symptoms. Teachers are able to stay at home too even if they aren't sick. Now we see screaming news headlines about how dire the coronavirus is in schools (when few, if any, students are sick) and a shortage of teachers - a problem entirely of the bureaucratic school districts' making. Unfortunately, we community members and families can only expect more, not less, of this in the future. I'll be opening a bottle of Champagne when my own child graduates from the public school system in 2.5 years.

Perhaps because omicron is so mild, and so many people have had prior infections, at university we are seeing more and more + tests in people who never show any symptoms at all.

Or perhaps because the test is a narrative tool designed to produce false positives....

It's just child abuse what they are doing to children. Just today heard a new "rule" from our school district in a conservative county in CA...to participate in any sports, students with a prior Infection of Covid within the past 90 days, will have to have a negative Covid test to participate in sports. Maddening!

Good thing my kids are all grown. The harm and damage being done to children is unconscionable.

I am surprised there are still people with children living in CA. But I read that lots have already moved out of the state. Soon it will be empty ! Then real estate will be at a buying price again, and god willing, another government will make it livable again.

I just hope the refugees realize that it was their voting habits that made the blue states so unlivable. Don't colonize our free states and set about trying to make them unfree as soon as they get here!

Go to Hungary you will have a 'good' time. Only the kid unvaccinated gets quarantined for 5 days if anyone tests positive and school is not obliged to provide access to live lessons. Only homework. So jab is not mandatory but basically they make the life miserable...

Amen and amen eugyppius! We would have been better off if we’d done nothing. It’s imperative that we hold the fear mongers accountable. If not, they will continue to try to terrify the gullible.

Can we please go back to the miasma theory of illness? I think that one works better in the long run.

Another way to describe "asymptomatic" people : healthy. I'm still looking for the studies that demonstrate that "asymptomatic transmission" is a thing.

Expand full comment

The fraud and failed medical technocrat Anthony Fauci said in 2020 "never in the history of infectious diseases have the asymptomatic been drivers of outbreaks'. But that didn't stop the little creep - who likely created this virus with Baric, Collins and Daszak - from proceeding to enact measures that indicated the opposite of what he said. The duplicity of this man is criminal.

The only studies I know (i think Chinese), showed that "asymptomatic transmission" is mostly a myth. Didn't happen.

If we allow the government to keep breaking the laws during "emergencies", they will keep creating "emergencies" to break the law

The NFL and NBA finally figured this out. Biden expected to be confounded for a few months at least.

The seedsman said the epidemic is over, but the government will probably need another 6 months to realize that. Give the old brain some time LOL.... he probably can not think that fast !

With the rate of false positives being spit out by PCR tests, everyone will have COVID about 8 times in the next 5 years. Who cares?

A Belgian lady had calculated that, from all the positive tests so far, every person in Belgium has had the virus about 5 times.

Let me tell you about a certain kindergarten I know. A couple of weeks ago, one unvaccinated mother spent a morning helping out in the kindergarten, only to be smitten by the Deity of your choice the next day - the dread corona struck. Oh no. She had a positive test. In the kindergarten, all hell breaks lose. The irresponsible unvaccinted mother endangered the children! And the kindergarten teachers! And the other parents! So the parents write a lot of nasty comments in their whatsapp group about the "irresponsible dumb unvaccinated parents that tried to damage my kid" (quote translated from the German), try to find a way to kick out the kid of the unvaccinated parents and generally behave abominably. It turns out the mother did not infect anybody, no positive test anywhere.

Last week, a kid of vaccinated parents had a positive test and symptoms - whatsapp group of kindergarten awash with warmth and goodwill, no big deal, can happen to anybody, never mind...still, they close the kindergarten for a week because 2 kindergarten teachers have a positive test (no symptoms), 2 other children have positive tests (no symptoms) and at least 1 mother has a positive test (no symptoms). Takeaway 1: testing to excess leads to quarantines leads to unnecessary closures of "critical infrastructure". Let's stop this madness. Takeaway 2: infection through vaccinated people is totally okay, the mere presence of the unvaccinated is a scandal. Let's stop this madness, too.

It's religious. Vaccination is akin to baptism for these people. It's got nothing to do with health.

Talk about double standards...

I've have never detected a persuasive rationale for the tests, even assuming that they work. In fact, it is all akin to the "vaccination" hysteria, and the mask wearing before that.

Perhaps I am stupid. But, it seems to make sense that if you are sick, you will know it, and then you should take care of yourself and avoid other people. On the other hand, if you are not sick, you should go on with your life. Who knows? You may get hit by lightning, but this possibility can't keep you from having fun, unless you're a lunatic.

My wife and I rapid test about once a week so that we know when to change up our protocol from prophylaxis to early treatment. It hasn't happened yet.
