It's the friend/enemy distinction. Ordinary people and their petty desires to have social lives, educated children, and prosperity are the enemy. Christians are most definitely the enemy. The Sacred Homo is the friend. It's really that simple.

Everything can be measured through the Intersectionality matrix. The sacred homo is on the 'oppressed' spectrum despite having all nodes of institutional power across the west in his crowded saunas.

Indeed, and 'oppressed' just translates to 'friend' on the ruling class side of things.

Not coincidentally, gays are disproportionately represented in the media vs the general public. At least that is my observation after spending more than twenty years in that business.

Expand full comment

Nobody knows: because most gay men are not 'out'. Actually many men who have sex with men are supposedly happily married with two kids.

Expand full comment

Perhaps. Gallup polling finds about 7% of

Americans identify as LGBT. The increase in recent years is highest among young adults (of course). For that reason, I would suspect this number is a bit high; maybe 5% is more realistic. In any case I have zero doubt that the percentage is significantly higher among the media.

Expand full comment

Yeah but if you dig in most of that increase is in the B, T, and Q, not the L or G. The B is especially telling as it requires precisely nothing of those who adopt it, but they get to claim all the intersectional benefits.

Expand full comment

> Nobody knows: because most gay men are not 'out'.

However, the existence of gay STDs like AIDS and now monkeypox offers us ways to get estimates. Turns out, the stereotypes of where gays are concentrated are accurate.

Expand full comment

Not at all: those 'hotspots' are very untypical: most gay men and women are not involved in the 'Metrosexual Gay culture' at all but live quietly in unpretentious suburban circumstances.

Expand full comment

So your claim is that there exist large numbers of gay men who are completely in the closet, don't participate in gay culture, don't have sex with other gay men (if they did they would have acquired AIDS from their partners). So basically their "gayness" appears to be nothing more than a figment of your imagination (and that's giving you the benefit of the doubt that you're merely stupid and not lying).

Yes.

Expand full comment

> Not coincidentally, gays are disproportionately represented in the media vs the general public.

I've always wondered why this is the case. It appears to predate the gay lib movement. Some theories I came up with:

1) Gays being flamboyant prefer jobs where they get to be in front of a camera.

2) Without families to take care off, gays have more time and energy to devote to office politics.

3) The powers that be prefer blackmailable people for these kinds of positions.

You believe in stereotypes.. look around you. You are acquainted with more gay people than you realize but with your “take” on them theyre most likely going to keep you in the dark! I will tell you where to look with higher percentages than media….1) Catholic clergy, 2) professional sports, 3) the military just to name a few… oh and you dont want to bump into any “gay” motorcycle gangs either..

Most stereotypes are based on reality.

> I will tell you where to look with higher percentages than media….1) Catholic clergy, 2) professional sports, 3) the military just to name a few

And yet none of those groups were hit hard, or really at all, by AIDS. Almost as if they didn't actually engage in gay sex. Most of those people don't identify as gay either. Almost as if you are simply lying, or at least confusing your sexual fantasies with reality.

Gay proclivity is often a product of institutional life: single sex boarding schools, military units, jails etc.

Farmers boys are far more likely to have sex with farm animals.

Most human societies make normal heterosexual sex incredibly hard to get : by restricting access of young men to females except in highly controlled situations.

The trick was that you displayed supreme confidence for the employer, and got her to believe that every single thing she said was endlessly fascinating, and all her musical tastes were cool.

Of course, this was back in the 90s. Maybe it's all jail-and-farm sex or bust now.

Then it explored the results of this question from many different viewpoints. Each of us is one of those interactive viewpoints, apparently separate from each other due to our current perspective. When the demiurge is satisfied it has "seen it all" and has the answer to its original question, the construct known as "reality" will no longer be needed and simply disappear.

Of course, it might not be as safe for monkeypox. Just be sure to ask your local pharmacy chain for their smallpox vaccine, I'm sure it's one of the 15 or so they offer.

Sadly, no one wants to offend any member of the LGBTQ "community" these days by suggesting anything is wrong with their various forms of behavior. I have a whole theory about why deviants-- and that's what they are-- demand complete and utter acceptance, and even celebration of their deviancy.

They know what they are doing is against nature. They also know it's against God's commands. So to ease their mind, the require EVERYONE to tell them 24/7 that what they are doing is right and good.and perfect Because they know their actions are wrong.

Expand full comment

It's fair to say that when you witness a taboo emerge separately in different cultures separated by oceans, there's a reason for it. Generally speaking, densely populated human societies were historically not very fond of sodomy.

We like to imagine we're much more enlightened than preceding generations, but we happen to have the benefit of antibiotics and antiviral drugs that can turn death sentences into minor inconveniences. It's easy to be tolerant with 0.5% infant mortality rates and a life expectancy of 90 years. As the pathogens evolve antibiotic resistance and new ones jump the species barrier and spread around the world within days, I think public attitudes will eventually shift again.

Expand full comment

Well stated.

Expand full comment

"Gay men randomly sodomizing one another is probably not healthy" -- YA THINK? Of course it's not healthy. Desperation over this among "allies" is the reason you get things like Jordan Peterson, of all people, talking to Dave Rubin about how he and his "husband" can artificially create a healthy family life for the children they artificially created. Marriage and fatherhood (in some form, real or more abstract) are key to society and to healthy life for nearly all men. If stigma is all that holds back gay men and lesbians, then "gay marriage" gives people attracted to the same sex -- not all of whom are promiscuous or exhibitionists -- the chance to show it. But it seems that the vast majority don't want to be "just like married couples" and I think that many who have gay and lesbian family members and who desperately want this for them are finding out that erasing stigma is bringing out a lot more of myriad deviant behaviors than it counters.

Expand full comment

Women have been told that careers and promiscuity are better than marriage and motherhood.

Men have been diminished in society and are told they are replaceable, which have turned many-- understandably-- against young women.

As for the families of gay/lesbians, I agree. The families want it normalized so they are not seen as failures, aka parents of children who are deviants.

Expand full comment

The way to ascend our social hierarchy is to correctly anticipate what the group consensus is going to be and to steer clear of societal taboos. The people who are unusually good at that thus end up in positions of power and then they use those positions of power to tilt the playing field more in favor of their own personality traits.

That's largely what wokeism amounts to. A kind of endless game of social nuances, linguistic absurdities and escalating taboos that autists and working class men can't stomach. It's designed to be unpalatable for the kind of people they wish to keep out of power and the hypocrisy you run into everywhere is more of a feature, than a bug.

The words used to describe minorities change almost as rapidly as the dress code of Gilded age socialites and the penalty for getting it wrong (ie saying "colored people" instead of "people of color") is so high precisely because competition for status has become so intense.

Of course plenty of people will miscalculate and remove themselves from competition for the upper echelons by wrongly anticipating group consensus. As an example, New York politicians would dine in Chinese restaurants in February 2020 to "combat anti-Asian racism" and columnists would write about how the "Chinese human rights violations" are unthinkable in the West, or how we should worry about the flu instead of the new coronavirus.

The public health bureaucrats are not too retarded to understand this is mainly spreading through gay orgies and they're not trying to bring back the good ol' days of 25% infant mortality rates either. Rather, the ranks are filled with people whose primary objective is to promote their own position within the structure and the way to do that is generally to play it safe.

Even if group consensus eventually does undergo the kind of shock shift we saw in march 2020 and settles on "People of Buttsex should stop sodomizing each other until this is over", anticipating that consensus and amplifying it yourself will serve your career no benefit, as it's so painfully obvious. They thus generally prefer to play it safe and go for "homophobia bad, monkeypox is a racist word, too many pictures of black people in the media", because that's the sort of message that has a good track record when it comes to advancing careers and little chance of coming back to haunt you.

"Men who have sex with men" (or "MSM") is a real term used in sociology and other fields, because some men will have sex with other men while not thinking of themselves as gay or "bisexual." Supposedly, a pretty hefty percentage of men who go to, say, a park bathroom to be serviced by other men then go home to their wives and kids -- or at least that was said a few decades ago when I read it. Maybe they were lying, or maybe (like Kinsey) the people who did the studies found a bunch of perverts and said they were typical. But that's where the term comes from.

"Roy Cohn: Your problem, Henry, is that you are hung up on words, on labels: "gay", "homosexual", "lesbian." You think they tell you who a person sleeps with, but they don't tell you that. Like all labels, they refer to one thing and one thing only: Where does a person so identified fit in the food chain? In the pecking order. Not ideology or sexual taste, but something much simpler: clout. Who owes me favors. Not who I fuck or who fucks me, but who will pick up the phone when I call. To someone who doesn't understand this, homosexual is what I am because I sleep with men, but this is wrong. Homosexuals are not men who sleep with other men. Homosexuals are men who, in 15 years of trying, can't get a pissant anti-discrimination bill through City Council. They are men who know nobody, and who nobody knows. Now, Henry, does that sound like me?

Henry: No.

Roy Cohn: No. I have clout — lots! I pick up that phone, dial 15 numbers, and guess who's on the other end of the line? In under five minutes, Henry.

Henry: The President.

Roy Cohn: Better — his wife.

Henry: I'm impressed.

Roy Cohn: I don't want you to be impressed, Henry — I want you to understand. This is not sophistry, and this is not hypocrisy. This is reality. I have sex with men, but unlike nearly every other man of which this is true, I bring the guy I'm screwing to Washington, and President Reagan smiles at us and shakes his hand, because what I am is defined entirely by who I am. Roy Cohn is not a homosexual. Roy Cohn is a heterosexual man who fucks around with guys."

"...while protecting human rights by fighting stigma and discrimination." I'm sick of being hearing and reading this. We all SHOULD discriminate between normal and egregious behavior. Men who frequent bathhouses for anonymous sodomy (and other things) with multiple other men are behaving in a way that every sane adult -- male, female, married, single, whatever -- should condemn. We SHOULD have a stigma against this. The idea that anything any adult wants to do is fine as long as the other consents is not only false, it's obviously false. Not everything one person can get another person to consent to is okay. It''s not "discrimination" to say so.
